Our version follows the Calabrian tradition which consists in drying in a natural way and without adding additives and preservatives. A tomato sauce made only with very small tomatoes typical of the Ionian coast of Calabria. The siccagno tomato is produced with a particular procedure: the plants are irrigated only once, when they are planted. Then they are no longer artificially irrigated.
